Pricing and Rates
Some rented items may be picked up the day before your function and rented the day after, for the one day rate. Please contact us if this might be your situation. Special weekly or monthly rates will be quoted upon request. All prices are subject to change without notice. You are charged for time out, not time used. Rental rates given do not include delivery or setup (if available). please call us for a quote on these services.
A security deposit is required for all rented itmems. A valid Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or AMEX will be accepted to confirm your reservation and act as a deposit during the rental time. Debit cards will not be accepted for a security deposit.
Delivery, Pick-up, and equipment set-up
Delivery or pick-up is available upon request and rates are based on the time necessary and distance traveled. Delivery is only available to ground floor venues, backyards, patios, or buildings. Delivery is prescheduled with your security deposit for a specific date, not a specific time. Your representative will contact you the week of the delivery date to provide an arrival time. There is a rental minimum required for any delivery, please contact us for details.
Equipment Loss or Damage
Lost, broken, chipped, or rain damaged equipment will be charged to the renter at the time of return or pickup. If the damaged item is repairable, our standard labor rate will determine the amount charged. Security deposits will be retained until the damage charges are paid.
Food Service Items
All rented food service equipment and items are machine washed and packaged by Party People Rental Company, Inc.
